How We Work

Our Quality Process

Raw Material Verification

All incoming materials are verified against certificates. We only use traceable, certified materials from approved suppliers. Material test reports (MTRs) are retained and supplied on request.

In-Process Inspection

Operators perform first-off inspections and regular in-process checks using calibrated gauging. Critical features are measured and recorded throughout the machining process.

CMM Final Inspection

All finished components are inspected on our Coordinate Measuring Machines. Every critical dimension is verified against the customer drawing and a full dimensional report is generated.

Documentation & Traceability

We provide a complete documentation package with every order: material certificates, dimensional inspection report, heat treatment records (where applicable) and certificate of conformance.

Packaging & Dispatch

Components are individually protected, tagged and packed to prevent damage in transit. Export packaging available for international shipments with full customs documentation.

Material Certificates

EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates with chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Dimensional Inspection Reports

Measured values for the critical features defined on your drawing, with pass/fail status.

First Article Inspection (FAI)

Detailed FAI documentation prepared in line with AS9102-style formats for higher-reliability work.

Certificate of Conformity

Statement that the supplied parts conform to the order, drawing and agreed specifications.

Surface Treatment Certificates

Coating and treatment certificates from approved processors for anodising, plating, painting and similar.

Welding Documentation

Welder qualification records and welding procedure documentation supplied where the order includes welded items.

Certifications

Social responsibility framework covering ethics, labour practices, fair operating practices and community engagement.
